We use Evri parcel delivery service which is a next day delivery however, the time scale to personalise or the making of the item is not included for next day timing. Please check the pre ordering status before ordering or send us a message to check your delivery estimation before ordering if you require this urgently.

Please check on the ordering page details before adding the item to your shopping cart to make sure it is not a pre order item. as standard it is a 2 weeks turn around, for printing and embroidery items that are not larger items Such as: Bath sets 4 to 6 weeks waiting time Leather toddler reins are 4 weeks waiting time babygrow hospital sets 2 weeks waiting time baby bottles 2 weeks waiting time

We use Evri unless stated otherwise larger items such as the bath sets would be DPD or fedex used.
