Nora had decided to have IVF with her first boy, Charles Jacob and so had took the leap to open a business called after her first born CJ Hartley, having to take care of her son, she decided to put her hands at use taking with her the experience & knowledge of a Regional Development Manager adding these expertise within her new business adventure, starting very small to begin with just printing on baby grow sets and pyjamas to a small local community within the Gypsy - Roma & Traveller, she slowly gained her experience with printing & embroidery industry, adding her knowledge of increasing sales & building a report with customers, understanding the industry and building a  business from scratch. Nora then decided to sell baby reins that was distributed by clippasafe, which was one of the most reputable companies to provide leather toddler reins in the UK. Unfortunately due to the cost of items going up in price, the toddler leather reins had been discontinued from Clippasafe in 2018 which then Nora had took over this sector of industry by taking leather courses from Tandy Leather becoming the Manufacturer in Britain & becoming an fully certified by SGS UK, The British & European Standards Approved BS EN 3210 2004.
